Size Exchange/Return Policy
At Familytees, all products are personalized, customized, and made-to-order specifically for each customer after an order is placed.
As each product is manufactured exclusively for an individual customer and cannot be resold, we do not offer size exchanges, product exchanges, or returns on customized products.
Please carefully review:

before placing your order.
Orders shall not be eligible for size exchange, product exchange, or return for reasons including but not limited to:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Change of mind
- Change in personal preference
- Incorrect customization details provided by the customer
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Customer refusal to accept delivery
- Customer unavailable during delivery attempts
- Failure to provide required OTP verification
- Delays caused by courier partners
- Minor variations in color, print placement, size, or appearance that may occur during the printing and manufacturing process
- Differences caused by screen settings, photography, lighting, or display devices
Re-Shipment of Returned Orders
If an order is returned to us due to customer-related reasons, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Incorrect pincode
- Incorrect phone number
- Customer unavailable during delivery attempts
- Failure to provide required OTP verification
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Failure to respond to courier communications
the order shall not be eligible for return, exchange, or replacement.
However, customers may request re-shipment of the returned order by contacting our support team within 30 days of notification.
A re-shipping and handling fee of ₹199 per order shall apply.
Re-shipment will be processed only after payment of the applicable charges and confirmation of the delivery details by the customer.
Orders remaining unclaimed for more than 30 days after notification may be considered abandoned and may be discarded, recycled, liquidated, or otherwise disposed of at our discretion. No further claims, re-shipment requests, or compensation shall be available after this period.
Exceptions
In case you receive:
- A wrong product
- A manufacturing defect
- Incorrect customization due to our error
- A product damaged during transit
please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery along with clear photographs and/or an uninterrupted unboxing video for verification.
Upon verification and approval, Familytees will arrange a replacement or reshipment at no additional cost.
All such requests are subject to review and verification by our support team. Familytees reserves the right to approve or reject any claim after reviewing the information and evidence provided.
The decision of Familytees regarding claim verification and resolution shall be final.
